NOTES🚩:

1. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order. Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered.
2. The actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
3. Due to COVID-19, shipments to affected areas may be suspended or delayed. Unfortunately, there's no way to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please do NOT use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools). Once it is shipped an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

LongPlus offers FREE Standard Shipping 🎁 for all longplus.com orders, EXCEPT Hawaii, Alaska in the United States.

Shipping Address

Your order can be shipped to any physical address within the USA or Canada. We also cannot ship to any of the US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or to any other destination outside of the USA or Canada.

All shipping addresses are verified before the order is dispatched. If the provided address is invalid, your order will be put on hold and our representative will contact you for an address update. LongPlus reserves the right to cancel orders with incomplete or invalid shipping addresses.

NOTES🚩:

1. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. 
2. Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be cancelled.
3. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from LongPlus due to force majeure, you are subject to the Refund Policy and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Taxes & Fees

The total sum listed in checkout already includes taxes（US and Canada only）.

For products NOT shipped from the local warehouses, we do NOT be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are recipient’s responsibility.

Warehouses We Have

LongPlus is committed to providing faster and cheaper delivery services to its customers. Currently we have the United States warehouse and Canada warehouse. However in the future, we will constantly expanding our overseas market, and there will be more overseas warehouses to be chosen.
